Executive Chief Operation Officer and President
Our fearless leader has run this family business for 20+ years. His day consists of being in constant contact with his customers--emails, phone calls, office visits and networking events. Christopher's favorite part of the job is being on the front lines with his customer and making them happy.
Christopher's background includes being a pioneer in the toner industry field, 10 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Staff Sergeant and Aircraft Maintenance Specialist on F-16 Fighter aircrafts, and an Aeronautical Engineering degree from the Community College of the Air Force in 1990. - Jesse Cordova
Manager of Operations
His desk is the hub of action at Laser Re-Nu. Jesse has been at Laser Re-Nu for 18+ years and is in charge of basically everything. Orders, invoicing, BPAs, contracts, service calls, dispatches, and many more words are associated with him. Quoting obscure toner's prices off the top of his head--he is our customers' answer for the answers. - Libby Cooley
Executive Vice-President and Chief Operations Officer
Libby’s background is extensive and includes 25 years in international business and sales development, growth, strategy and territory development; knowledge and information management; competitive and market analysis; marketing and public relations; procurement, acquisitions, supply chain, global distribution and operations; and corporate operations including human resources. Customer environments include federal, academic, non-profit, and business.
Her career is varied and includes Knowledge Management Director in Provider Care, Pharmacology, Biotechnology and Medical Devices at Ernst & Young; Project Manager at NCS Pearson Government Solutions federalizing the nation’s airports for the Senate and Congress (Airport Security Federalization Act of 2001); International Biomedical Sales Director for a publishing supply company; information and program management contractor at NASA’s Greenbelt research campus; information management faculty at Catholic University of America, Iowa State University, the University of Virginia, and Washington University in St. Louis; and as Business Development Content Director for ScienceWise voted by Internet World as one of the top 100 sites to watch.
Libby’s B.A. is from the University of Nebraska and M.I. from the University of Michigan with internships in Burma and Saudi Arabia.
